m/sps7.h, s/hpux.h, s/usg5-4.h (HAVE_DUP2): Removed; derived by
configure script.
* s/hpux.h, s/irix3-3.h, s/aix3-1.h (HAVE_GETHOSTNAME): Removed;
derived by configure script.

* s/usg5-4.h (HAVE_GETTIMEOFDAY): Deleted; ../configure figures
that out now.
